Heroes: End-to-End Solution Operations — Root Cause Analysis
Heroes are people who can use the diagnostic tools of the SAP Solution Manager application management solution to track down the source of system issues, because faster and better analysis means fewer and shorter downtimes. Candidates will be asked to use their newly tuned skills in end-to-end solution operations root cause analysis to find problems with live systems. Stop by and show us how well you have embraced these SAP support standards and tools.
